Requirements: * Technical degree in computer systems, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field. * Administration and configuration of access points, firewalls, routers, switches, etc. * Two years of experience in IT support. - Basic to intermediate English. Responsibilities: * User communication * Inspection of telecommunications equipment, including access points, switches, and routers, among others. * Handling of internet-related incidents and guest requests (critical service) * Achieving internet service availability targets in hotels, We offer: * Gross monthly salary of $18,000 * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, 100% on-site * Work location: Santa Fe, CDMX.
