Relationship and management with financial institutions for financing. **Job Objective** **To manage, control, and optimize the company's financial resources, ensuring proper payment scheduling, revenue control from sales and rentals, efficient cash flow management, and fulfillment of financial obligations related to real estate projects.** **Duties and Responsibilities** **1\. Cash Flow Management** * **Preparation and monitoring of overall and project-specific cash flow.** * **Scheduling and execution of payments to suppliers, contractors, and creditors.** * **Forecasting financing requirements.** * **Monitoring of bank accounts and available balances.** **2\. Revenue Administration** * **Control and recording of revenues from:** * **Real estate sales.** * **Reservations and advance payments.** * **Title transfers.** * **Rents and maintenance fees.** * **Collections follow-up in coordination with the commercial department.** * **Management of real estate trusts (if applicable).** **3\. Expenditure Control** * **Validation of payment requests against authorized budgets.** * **Supervision of payroll, tax, and service payments.** * **Negotiation with suppliers regarding payment schedules.** * **Administration of bridge loans or bank financing.** **4\. Relationship with Financial Institutions** * **Management of credit lines and financing arrangements.** * **Monitoring of real estate development loans.** * **Daily or weekly bank reconciliations.** * **Administration of guarantees and financial obligations.** **5\. Control and Reporting** * **Weekly treasury position report.** * **Financial reports for management.** * **Support during financial audits.** * **Implementation of internal financial controls.** **Job Profile** **Academic Qualifications** * **Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.** * **Specialization in corporate finance is desirable.** **Experience** * **3 to 5 years in treasury.** * **Experience with real estate developers, construction companies, or asset-based enterprises.** * **Experience managing financing and bridge loans.** **Technical Knowledge** * **Cash flow management.** * **Financial forecasting.** * **Corporate online banking.** * **Project-based budgetary control.** * **Advanced Excel.** * **Financial ERP systems (SAP, CONTPAQi, Oracle, etc.).** **Competencies** * **Financial planning.** * **Organization and control.** * **Negotiation.** * **Decision-making.** * **Confidentiality and ethics.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $8,547.63 \- $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Experience: * Treasury administration: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
