Road and Administrative Manager
**We are** a company dedicated to personnel transportation, committed to service quality. We are seeking a proactive vehicle management specialist with expertise in traffic regulations to ensure our fleet operates without legal complications.
The **objective** of this position is to guarantee regulatory compliance of the entire vehicle fleet before municipal, state, and federal authorities. To immediately manage the resolution of traffic conflicts, accidents, and, above all, the release of detained units.
Key **Responsibilities**:
* **Permit Management (Vehicle Control):** Processing license plates, circulation cards, de-registrations, registrations, tourism permits, and federal licenses.
* **Unit Release:** In-person and documentary management for vehicle release from impound lots, public prosecutor’s offices, and traffic offices in the shortest possible time.
* **Accident and Infraction Handling:** Attending traffic incident sites when necessary to mediate with authorities and insurance companies; managing and paying fines or infractions.
* **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensuring all units have valid emissions inspections, active insurance policies, and legally required special permits.
* **Authority Liaison:** Maintaining effective communication with agencies such as the Secretariat of Mobility, SCT/SICT, National Guard, and Municipal Traffic Authorities.
* **Document Control:** Assembling and safeguarding physical and digital files for each unit.
**Essential Requirements**:
* **Experience:** Minimum 3 years handling vehicle-related procedures for fleets, preferably in personnel transportation.
* **Legal Knowledge:** Thorough understanding of Local and Federal Traffic Regulations, Roads and Bridges Act, and Federal Motor Transport Law.
* **Impound Lot Experience:** Prior experience processing unit releases before Public Prosecutors’ Offices and vehicle storage facilities.
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Law, Administration, or Vehicle Management.
* **Valid Driver’s License**
* **Availability to respond to emergencies**

**We offer**:
* **Salary:** Biweekly $14,000 to $15,000\.
* Statutory benefits from day one.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturdays, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
