




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support specialist with experience in Windows server and cloud services administration to handle tickets and monitor systems. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and administration of Windows servers and cloud services. 2. Troubleshooting and problem resolution, with emphasis on connectivity and monitoring. Main Responsibilities: - Handling and tracking tickets related to servers and cloud services. - Basic Windows server administration. - User creation, unlocking, and management. - Remote desktop (RDP) access troubleshooting and resolution. - Monitoring of system resources (CPU, memory, storage, and services). - Backup validation and incident tracking. - Network connectivity and service review. - Documentation of procedures and incidents. - Escalation of complex incidents to the Infrastructure team. - Assistance in preparing and configuring new servers for clients. · Education: Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Information Technologies, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years in technical support, infrastructure, or server administration. Technical Skills: - Windows Server. - Remote Desktop (RDP). - TCP/IP networking, DNS, and connectivity. - Virtualization (VMs). - Basic SQL Server. - Basic PowerShell. - Server monitoring. - Ticketing systems and customer support. - Experience with cloud services. - IIS knowledge. - Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix). - Basic backup and data recovery knowledge.
