The **Machine, Tool, and Spindle Technician** is responsible for executing **spindle repair processes and machine\-tool operation**, complying with **SKF quality standards**, scheduled timelines, and **EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety)** guidelines. **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Technical degree in Maintenance or Mechanical Engineering (or related field). * **Experience:** 3 years or more in a similar role. * **Key Technical Knowledge:** * + Bearing technology and mounting (including super-precision bearings). + Spindle disassembly and assembly processes (mechanical and electro-spindles). + Operation of machine tools and grinders (Kellenberger, conical, surface). + Use of precision measuring instruments. + **Systems:** Microsoft Office suite. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute repair and remanufacturing processes per SKF procedures. * Meet quality standards and execution timelines. * Record activities and prepare reports. * Comply with and promote **EHS** guidelines, maintaining workplace order and cleanliness. **Competencies and Values:** * Mechanical maintenance and problem-solving. * Results- and service-oriented mindset. * Teamwork, ethics, accountability, and empowerment, aligned with **SKF values.** * Reading and interpretation of mechanical drawings and blueprints. **Authority and Decision-Making:** * Halt activities posing safety risks. * Consult on modifications outside established standards. **Onboarding:** * General safety and orientation: 2 days. * Job-specific technical training.
