Professional and collaborative work environment. **Company**: Dieck Capital **Location**: San Pedro Garza García **Position Type**: Full-time **Job Description** Dieck Capital is seeking an organized, analytical, and highly responsible individual to join our team as Administrative and Finance Coordinator—a key role for the financial and administrative control of our various business lines within the holding. **Job Objective** To coordinate and execute the company’s administrative and financial activities, ensuring proper management of bank accounts, financial control per business line, billing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, taxes, and general administrative follow-up. **Responsibilities** \- Administration and control of bank accounts. \- Tracking of income, expenses, and bank reconciliations. \- Preparation and control of Excel files per business line. \- Recording and tracking of financial transactions. \- Issuance and tracking of invoices. \- Requesting, validating, and safeguarding invoices. \- Scheduling and processing of payroll payments. \- Tracking and control of accounts receivable and accounts payable. \- Preparation, processing, payment, and electronic stamping (timbrado) of payroll. \- Tax payments. \- Coordination and follow-up with internal and external accounting teams. \- Control and administration of financial and administrative documentation. **Candidate Profile** \- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. \- Prior experience in administrative and financial functions. \- Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel. \- Knowledge and experience using CONTPAQi and Nomipaq systems. \- Experience in invoicing, payroll, and financial control. \- High level of organization and attention to detail. \- Confidentiality and accountability. \- Ability to manage multiple business lines and diverse tasks simultaneously. **We Offer** \- Job stability. \- Professional and collaborative work environment. \- Opportunity for continuous development and learning. \- Major medical expense insurance.
