Job Description and Responsibilities **Required Technical Profile** We are seeking personnel with technical experience in information technology, possessing the following skills and knowledge: * **Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems.** * **Database updating, administration, and backup.** * **Technical problem diagnosis, analysis, and resolution** in software, hardware, and networks. * Experience in **database administration** and web server configuration. * Knowledge of **MSQL**, **PHP**, **Apache**, **IIS**, networking, and computer equipment repair. * **Python programming experience** for automation and internal tool development. * **Web development experience** (front-end and/or back-end). Experience and Requirements **Required Experience** Candidates must have verifiable experience in the following areas: **1. Systems and Hardware** * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment. * Identification and repair of hardware failures. * Management of equipment and peripheral inventory. **2. Databases** * Administration of MSQL/MySQL databases. * Schema updates, data migration, and query optimization. * Backup creation and maintenance, restoration, and contingency planning. **3. Servers and Web Platforms** * Configuration and administration of Apache and IIS servers. * Website installation and maintenance, virtual hosts, and SSL certificates. * Server performance and security monitoring. **4. Networking** * Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN networks. * Configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, and WiFi. * Diagnosis of connectivity and performance issues. **5. Development and Automation** * Python programming for task automation and technical scripting. * Web development (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript preferred). * System integration and API handling (preferred). **Recommended Technical Requirements** (Minimum qualifications required to perform effectively in this role) * Minimum of **2–3 years** of experience in technical support or systems administration. * Proficiency in **MSQL/MySQL** and **PHP**. * Practical knowledge of **Apache** and **IIS**. * Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments. * Experience in database backup and restoration. * Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems. * Basic knowledge of **Python**, or willingness to undergo training. * Verifiable web development experience (basic/intermediate level).
