




Provide administrative, operational, and accounting support to the General Management. The primary function is to facilitate coordination of activities, optimize time, ensure proper information flow, and guarantee efficient execution of projects and commitments; as well as maintain courteous and efficient interactions with clients, suppliers, and team members. * Draft and file documents, contracts, and reports. * Maintain control and organization of physical and digital archives. * Coordinate office internal schedules and activities. * Support and follow-up on permits and leave requests from branches. * Prepare quotations and reservations. * Manage the General Management’s schedule, organize appointments, meetings, travel, and commitments. * Handle internal and external communications: emails, calls, and priority messages. * Prepare and review management documents, reports, presentations, minutes, and reports. * Coordinate meetings, logistics, invitations, materials, and follow-up on agreements. Requirements: * Technical training or courses in administration, secretarial studies, business management, technical administration, or related fields. * Completed high school education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or related roles. * Proficiency in office software and administrative management systems.
