Ensure compliance with labor regulations **Position Profile: Human Resources Manager** **Company:** Ingeniería Metálica y Maquinaria Mexicana S.A. de C.V. **Job Objective:** Administer and lead the Human Resources department, ensuring proper management of operational and administrative staff, strengthening the work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations in an industrial setting. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM * Saturdays, 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. * Specialization or diploma in Human Resources or Organizational Development is desirable. **Experience:** * Minimum 3–5 years as Human Resources Supervisor or Manager. * Experience in industrial, metal-mechanical, or manufacturing companies (preferred). * Experience managing operational and administrative personnel. **Knowledge:** * Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Recruitment and selection (operational and technical). * Payroll administration, attendance incidents, and attendance tracking. * Employee training and development. * Industrial safety and hygiene. * Labor relations and conflict management. * Preparation of employment contracts, administrative minutes, and personnel files. * HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, performance). **Skills:** * Leadership and firm character. * Decision-making ability. * Effective communication with operational staff. * Organization and follow-up skills. * Conflict resolution skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Results-oriented mindset. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff. * Monitor attendance incidents, tardiness, and absences. * Coordinate payroll preparation jointly with the accounting department. * Enforce internal regulations and disciplinary measures. * Prepare administrative minutes when necessary. * Implement training programs. * Supervise compliance with safety and hygiene standards. * Handle labor inspections (IMSS, STPS, etc.). * Maintain personnel files. * Monitor work environment and staff turnover. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Career growth within the company.
