We seek a passionate leader in seafood cuisine with experience in kitchen management, quality control, and team leadership. Location: Colima, Colima Mandatory specialty: seafood and marine products Minimum experience: 2–3 years in seafood restaurants Working Hours: * Sunday to Thursday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Friday and Saturday: 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM * One day off between Monday and Thursday We Offer: * Monthly gross salary of $12,000 * Daily payment * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Sunday premium * Statutory benefits Main Responsibilities: * Supervise the kitchen's overall operations * Ensure dish quality, flavor, and presentation * Inventory, cost, and waste control * Lead and train the kitchen team * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards Requirements: ✔ Experience with aguachiles, ceviches, oysters, shrimp, and fresh seafood ✔ Leadership and ability to work under pressure ✔ Organizational skills and sense of urgency ✔ Knowledge of hygienic food handling and cold chain management We offer growth opportunities and the chance to join a gastronomic concept with strong identity and a focus on quality.
