




Job Summary: The Cosmetic Testing Coordinator will contribute to product development and innovation and ensure quality by overseeing sensory testing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contribute to the development and innovation of new cosmetic products. 2. Manage quality assurance through sensory testing. 3. Provide technical training on product testing. A market-leading company in professional nail products is seeking a **Cosmetic Testing Coordinator**. Your role will be to support the development and innovation of new products according to customer requirements, as well as manage quality assurance for Organic Nails’ new products through control and monitoring of sensory testing, ensuring that final products comply with national/international regulatory standards and those established by Organic Nails. We are looking for a candidate with either an incomplete bachelor’s degree or technical specialization in professional nail application, plus 3–5 years of experience in similar positions. These are the **key responsibilities**: * Ensure timely and proper review of Organic Nails’ new products to effectively support product release and usage (e.g., testing, physicochemical analysis, sensory evaluation, or others), coordinating and monitoring team members’ activities. * Generate and review test evaluation reports for raw material samples, finished products, tools, or others, ensuring timely first-in/first-out flow. * Train team members requiring technical knowledge of testing, as well as review/verification of both new and existing Organic Nails product developments, to support quality assurance. * Coordinate sampling testing activities (receipt, labeling, application, and storage) for new products, line products, and raw materials at Organic Nails across all stages, ensuring full information availability to achieve the company’s strategic objectives and support quality assurance. * Demonstrate visible and consistent support and commitment to implementing the quality management system, asset security, and environmental protection in the workplace. **Essential Knowledge:** * Application techniques across three systems (acrylic, gel, and polygel) for nails * Knowledge of materials and raw materials used in nail applications * Knowledge of general tools and instruments used in nail applications * Product and specialized tool arguments for nail applications **Specific Certifications Required for This Role:** * Organic Nails products or others * Nail application * Specialized education in nail technology Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (flexible schedule possible) We operate on a 100% on-site work model.
