Quality assurance and compliance with regulations **Job Objective:** Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper execution and completion of housing construction projects, guaranteeing compliance with schedules, budgets, safety regulations, and quality standards established by the company. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise construction activities at project sites. * Supervise the Field Supervisor and operational staff (masons). * Develop, monitor, and control construction schedules. * Coordinate the preparation and review of drawings, designs, and projects with architects and engineers. * Manage permits and licenses required for construction. * Ensure materials, processes, and techniques comply with quality standards. * Control costs and manage project resources. * Supervise proper assignment of tasks among work teams. * Monitor construction progress and report status. * Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding project progress. * Resolve on-site incidents and issues. * Verify compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Supervise final delivery of houses in optimal condition. * Evaluate and propose improvements to construction processes. Maintain up-to-date project documentation (reports, drawings, budgets). **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 3–5 years coordinating or supervising housing construction projects. * Knowledge: * Housing construction processes * Construction and budget control * Construction and safety regulations * Willingness to work on-site. * Familiarity with local regulations in Yucatán is desirable.
