




**POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Plan, coordinate, and execute operations related to the acquisition of products and international logistics, ensuring supply of goods while complying with regulations, deadlines, and cost optimization. **REQUIREMENTS** · 3 years of experience as a procurement officer or similar role, performing activities such as: * Customs clearance of goods * Supplier negotiation * International logistics management * Purchase planning * Budget administration * Direct personnel supervision · English level B2 (minimum) · Knowledge of shipment tracking systems, regulations and non-tariff restrictions (NTMs) for electronic products, maritime and air logistics knowledge, supply chain, and cargo insurance. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Negotiate and ensure fulfillment of purchase orders with national and international suppliers (delivery times, price improvements, contracts, commercial terms) to guarantee minimum costs and requirements in product acquisition * Supervise the logistics process (through maritime or air customs) from merchandise pickup abroad to delivery at our warehouse via a 3PL or freight forwarder to support product availability * Analyze and manage tariff and non-tariff regulatory requirements to ensure correct product importation (receiving times and product profit margins) * Manage and implement strategies to contribute to cost reduction and improved commercial agreements for products * Analyze and manage merchandise costs upon arrival to ensure adherence to contribution margins and achieve profitability targets * Collaborate in the planning and prioritization of purchases based on demand, sales forecasts, and commercial strategies * Prepare and present monthly reports on expenses related to purchasing and importing goods * Prepare and communicate clear and timely reports on the progress of purchases and shipments, including key dates, delays, incidents, and estimated deliveries * Ensure imported products comply with applicable regulations, including verification of NOMs, NTMs, or other required standards, managing necessary documentation * Directly manage with national and international suppliers all aspects related to the purchase, production, and shipment of goods, ensuring compliance with established agreements, delivery times, and product quality * Work closely with the accounting department to ensure payments are made according to negotiated terms, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial regulations **WE OFFER** * Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday * Monthly gross salary: 20,000 MXN * Statutory benefits + 30-day year-end bonus * Grocery vouchers * Support for health insurance and psychologist services * Employee discounts Job type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Eligibility for indefinite contract * Grocery vouchers Experience: * Procurement officer or similar position: 3 years (Required) Language: * Intermediate to advanced English (Required) Work location: On-site job Expected start date: 12/01/2025
