We are looking for a **Senior Salesforce Developer - 100% Home Office** for Automotive Sector projects with the following characteristics: **Objective**: Provide development services with the ability to analyze topics related to code structure within platforms. Additionally, adapt the solution according to timelines and criticality requirements set by Group entities, ensuring that the solution and outcome are satisfactory and aligned with business standards. **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or engineering in computer systems or related fields — **IT degree is essential** **Experience:** 10 years of experience in software development, **minimum 5 years in Salesforce**, solution design, or similar roles. Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale solutions. Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform tools. **Management Skills:** * Agile methodologies such as SCRUM * Technical and Business Documentation * Flowcharts * Team Management **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform tools. * Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. * Knowledge of integration tools such as MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions. * Familiarity with data modeling tools, SOQL, and ETL. * Development of web services (JSON, XML) * Experience integrating multiple systems and platforms * Administration and use of Sales Cloud and Partner Community products. * Building reports and their logic in Salesforce. * Customization of objects, workflows, and processes in Salesforce. * Technical support and troubleshooting on the platform. * Data migration to Salesforce, including file preparation for loading into Salesforce via Data Loader. * Participation in testing, documentation, and deployment of applications on Salesforce. * Preferably knowledge of business processes: Sales, Billing, and Services * Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and tools like Copado or Gearset. * Knowledge of Data Warehouse / Data Lake and Master Data Management (Desirable) **Certifications:** * Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect or equivalent (Desirable) **Soft Skills:** * Collaborative work * Results-oriented * Work quality * Sense of urgency * Planning * Proactive and solution-driven * Responsible for meeting deadlines * Effective communication * Mentoring **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze/address requirements and incidents related to code structure within platforms. * Adapt the solution according to timelines and criticality requirements set by VWM entities, ensuring the solution and outcome are satisfactory and aligned with NSO Business stakeholders’ standards. * Continuously monitor integrations related to the Salesforce platform according to the code maintenance and security plan. * Support Internal Clients * Customer service for end clients B2B, B2C regarding tool usability, contributing to a successful UX/CX that meets current needs requires communication * Resolve incidents at different support levels.
