Assist executives in coordinating and scheduling their personal activities and administrative procedures. Organize and coordinate internal events. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree (completed) * Minimum 1 year of experience in: Calendar management, preferably using Google Calendar Travel coordination (flight bookings and hotel reservations) Coordinating and organizing meetings and events Excellent organizational skills and proactivity Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **Offered:** Monthly salary: $12,000.
