




We are looking for an Administrative Assistant eager to join our team and actively participate in its daily operations. The role's mission is to provide operational and support assistance that ensures order, coordination, and optimal performance of the department’s activities, directly contributing to its efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Support daily administrative tasks, prepare documents, and coordinate resources and meeting rooms for internal meetings. * Organize and maintain up-to-date physical and digital files. Gather information for simple reports and meeting minutes. * Assist in the reception and initial orientation of clients, suppliers, and colleagues, as well as in basic document handling. * Monitor office supplies, support the organization of small events, and perform other required administrative tasks. * Provide support in editing, formatting, and basic preparation of internal documents and presentations. **Candidate Requirements:** * Technical degree in Administration or recent graduate in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of relevant experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and capacity to perform repetitive tasks accurately. * Proactive, responsible individual with initiative and openness to learning and teamwork. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary between $12,000 and $14,500, tax-free. * Statutory benefits. * Internal training and external vendor-provided training, recognized for academic credit. * Career development and position growth opportunities.
