We have over 30,000 professionals and employees committed to contributing to the preservation of the most valuable asset for everyone: our lives. **NURSE** **Objective:** To carry out the process of receiving, supplying materials, processing filters, preparing rooms, cleaning equipment, and providing medical care to patients, ensuring established procedures at Sanefro; quality and patient safety. **Responsibilities:** * Perform general admissions in hemodialysis units and manage documents forming part of patients' records, as well as filing documents from hemodialysis sessions. * Maintain a high level of inventory reliability to ensure efficient coverage of patient demand, as well as restocking materials and medications in hemodialysis rooms while maintaining order and cleanliness in the storage area. * Ensure facilities, supplies, and equipment are prepared under optimal conditions to provide an efficient and appropriate hemodialysis service. * Ensure that filter collection and washing are performed under optimal conditions, safeguarding and delivering them to the room according to schedule for use in patient treatment. * Provide medical care during patient treatment at Sanefro, ensuring service quality and safety. **Knowledge:** * Critical patient care * Medication dispensing and administration * Medical emergencies (hemodialysis) * International nursing goals or actions * RPBI classification **Experience:** * Hospital internship * Management of hospitalized patients **Education:** Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (degree and federal license REQUIRED) **We Offer:** * Base salary (overtime, holidays) * Grocery vouchers $1,404.50 * Life insurance and social security * Statutory vacations * Year-end bonus: 6 months pro-rated 15 days; starting at 6 months 19 days * Vacation bonus 25% * Savings fund * FOAH 13% * Attendance and productivity seniority bonus: 1 month’s pay (same amount in vouchers per completed month, paid in vouchers) * Support for school supplies, death, marriage, birth, FLP discounts, etc. **Requirements:** * Schedule from Monday to Sunday with a weekday day off * Availability to work shifts (rotating: morning, evening, night) * Willingness to rotate between units * Availability to work holidays Selection processes at Grupo PiSA are completely FREE.
