We are looking for a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer responsible for ensuring the proper operation, installation, and maintenance of plant equipment and facilities, guaranteeing operational continuity, energy efficiency, and compliance with the company's established safety, quality, and hygiene standards. **Location:** Armería – Manzanillo Highway, Colima **Area:** Maintenance / Operations **Job Type:** Full-time **Modality:** On-site **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise, plan, and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance programs for machinery and facilities. * Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical failures. * Verify the operation of motors, control panels, pumping systems, ventilation, refrigeration, or automation systems. * Ensure equipment availability and reliability. * Implement actions to improve energy efficiency and reduce downtime. * Install equipment, motors, control panels, lighting systems, or industrial climate control systems. * Develop automation projects or integration of sensors, variable frequency drives, and PLCs. * Assign tasks, supervise personnel, and verify work plan compliance. * Comply with internal policies, standards, and regulations. **Requirements:** * Education: No specific requirement (preferably technical degree or engineering in maintenance, electromechanics, or related field). * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in similar roles within the industrial or food sector. * Knowledge of preventive maintenance, electricity, plumbing, refrigeration, and mechanical control. * Skills: Leadership, organization, teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented. * Age: 18 to 35 years. * Marital status: No preference. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $18,000 to $20,000 gross (depending on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Professional development opportunities in a growing company.
