





We are looking for a **Recruiter**, ideal for individuals who wish to learn and grow in talent acquisition processes focused on commercial profiles. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the recruitment and selection of insurance agents. * Post job openings on job portals and social media. * Track candidates throughout the entire hiring process. **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree (psychology or related fields). * 6 months to 1 year of experience recruiting commission-based profiles. * Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and results orientation. * Availability Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * **90% remote work mode**, with occasional availability to attend the office. * Residence within a one-hour commute from Lomas Altas. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $10,000 net monthly + connection bonuses. * Work equipment. * Ongoing training and growth opportunities. * Fee-for-service employment arrangement.
