Preparation of reports and representation of the General Management Executive Assistant ________________________________________________________________________________ A prominent commercial company is seeking your talent as an Executive Assistant. **Objective** Provide administrative and operational support to the Management by efficiently managing calendars, coordinating meetings, tracking commitments, and preparing executive information. Additionally, support data entry, organization, and basic analysis of data required by various departments of the company, as well as assist, accompany, and represent the General Management. Responsibilities: - Calendar Management - Administrative Support - Report Preparation - Planning of Corporate Events - Attendance at Corporate Events - Discreet Handling of Confidential Information - Representation of the General Management.
