




Are you passionate about leading administrative and accounting processes, optimizing resources, and ensuring fiscal compliance? **We are looking for our next Administrative–Accounting Coordinator** **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and ensure the smooth operation of corporate **administrative and accounting** functions. * Manage **monthly closings**, reconciliations, and compliance with fiscal obligations (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT). * Administer and supervise **cash flow, petty cash, budgets, and warehouse movements**. * Implement process improvements, support **strategic planning**, and monitor area performance indicators. * Lead, train, and mentor the **administrative team**, promoting order, efficiency, and operational discipline. **Work Location:** Colima **Salary:** Competitive and commensurate with experience. **Essential Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Administration**, or a related field. * Minimum **3 years of experience** leading administrative or accounting departments. * In-depth knowledge of **fiscal regulations, expense control, budgeting**, and personnel management. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** and administrative systems. * Highly organized profile with strong **leadership, judgment, initiative, and results orientation**.
