





Coordinator of Basic Medical Sciences We are seeking a passionate leader with strong strategic vision to coordinate the Basic Medical Sciences areas, ensuring academic excellence during the first two years of the medical program—the stage where foundational scientific knowledge essential for future physicians is established. The ideal candidate must hold a medical specialty, as well as a Master’s and/or Doctoral degree, preferably, and demonstrate prior experience in university administration within medical education programs. This role focuses on the comprehensive and operational management of academic processes at the university for core subjects. This includes: • Leading, motivating, and managing the teaching staff of the basic sciences areas (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, etc.). The coordinator will supervise their performance, facilitate collaboration, and foster a positive, respectful work environment to achieve defined academic goals. • Overseeing and updating the curriculum content of these subjects, ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards. Additionally, the coordinator will manage and implement pedagogical innovation projects to enhance the teaching of basic sciences and ensure that the graduate profile of this cycle aligns with the program’s requirements. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to current educational regulations. We require a professional with expert knowledge of academic operations and management, the ability to anticipate change, excellent assertive communication skills, conflict resolution capability, and solid planning expertise to lead the transformation and success of future healthcare professionals.
