JOB OBJECTIVE Responsible for monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workshop productivity and efficiency, such as response times, repair times, order closure times, and customer satisfaction. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES What is done? Indicators Ensure repair times and service order closure times remain within established deadlines. Service order closure time. Improve customer experience through fast, efficient, and high-quality service, promoting customer loyalty for the workshop. Customer satisfaction survey and complaint resolution. Ensure technical staff possess the necessary skills to maintain quality and efficiency standards. Technical staff brand certification. AUTHORITY What function/process is authorized? ACTIVITIES Ensure service orders are managed effectively to meet established closure deadlines, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions. Coordinate assignment of service orders among technicians, ensuring each order is assigned according to staff specialization and availability. Ensure all work performed in the workshop meets quality standards by conducting periodic inspections and audits to detect and correct potential deviations. Supervise and coordinate the work of technical and administrative staff in the workshop, ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards. This includes continuous training and team development. JOB PROFILE Education Level: Diesel Engineer or Technician Certifications Work Experience: Diesel Mechanic, 5 years System Operation Experience Industry Experience: Automotive Service Workshop Language Authorization: Management and Department Directors Page 2 of 2 KNOWLEDGE 1 Proficiency with various Daimler truck models (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, etc.), including their engines, transmissions, electrical and electronic systems, and specific components. 2 Knowledge of Daimler-specific diagnostic systems, including diagnostic software and user interface of scanning devices to identify faults and maintain truck functionality. 3 Advanced knowledge of diesel engines and their maintenance in Daimler trucks, including understanding of emission reduction technologies such as SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction), EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation), and AdBlue system. 4 Understanding of fuel injection systems, fuel and lubricant filter maintenance, and diagnosis of related issues. 5 Preventive Inspection and Maintenance 6 Knowledge of automotive service workshop management, operation of workshop management software (ERP), and ability to interpret KPIs. 7 Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement.
