Job Summary: Responsible for conducting comprehensive and special audits, investigating and analyzing findings in the field for the Operational Audit area. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on achieving objectives and teamwork **Job Objective** Responsible for completing scheduled, special, and targeted audits within the Operational Audit area. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct comprehensive audits (Cash, Inventory, Pawn Loans, Collections, CE and HUB). * Perform reviews according to the planned, special, and targeted audit program. * Work in the field to address cases. * Investigate, analyze, and substantiate evidence supporting audit findings. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Background in Accounting, Administration, or Finance. * Minimum 1 year of experience in operational auditing within the Banking / Retail / Telecommunications sector, or recent graduates seeking to develop their careers in the Audit area. * Willingness to travel (mandatory), with 80% fieldwork requirement. * Basic knowledge of financial analysis and intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Goal- and target-oriented. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. **Value Proposition** * Base salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year—increasing with tenure. * Life insurance. * Optional Savings Fund (Socios). * Continuous learning opportunities. * 20% discount at Elektra and Salinas y Rocha—with higher discounts based on tenure. * Payroll loan available after 2 years of service. * Salary advance. * Benefits at over 500 establishments partnered with Grupo Salinas. * Career growth opportunities within the Group. * We are a company focused on improving the lives of millions of Mexicans.
