




Fleet Maintenance Supervisor – Transportes LiPU by Traxión. At Transportes LiPU, a leading company in the personnel transportation sector and part of the great TRAXIÓN family, we are looking for a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, a strategic leader to ensure our fleet operates with maximum reliability, safety, and efficiency in the state of Colima and surrounding areas. Position Mission: You will be responsible for ensuring maximum availability and safety of our vehicle fleet. You will lead the transition towards high-safety maintenance by implementing preventive and predictive strategies, managing safety certifications, and optimizing resources through advanced technology and strict compliance control. Main Responsibilities: * **Strategic Maintenance Management:** Develop, execute, and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for the entire fleet, minimizing downtime and maximizing the useful life of our ***diesel and gasoline units.*** * **Leadership in Safety and Certifications:** Lead strategies and create robust action plans to obtain and maintain safety certifications with clients and third-party organizations with high safety standards and zero tolerance, ensuring we exceed the highest standards in the mining and steel industries. * **Remote Operations Control:** Standardize and supervise maintenance operations at our sites, ensuring consistent application of policies, procedures, and quality standards. * **Planning and Execution of Maintenance Campaigns:** Design, plan, and lead specific maintenance campaigns (e.g., safety system inspections, rainy season preparation, winter readiness, etc.) through detailed schedules and rigorous monitoring of execution and results. * **Financial and Performance Management:** Prepare, control, and optimize the annual department budget. Define, measure, and analyze key departmental KPIs (fleet availability, cost per kilometer, vehicles out of service, tire control, budget adherence) for strategic decision-making. * **Innovation and Cutting-Edge Technology:** Implement and maximize the use of advanced technological tools such as advanced telematics systems and maintenance management software for proactive diagnostics and full operational optimization. Required Profile: * Education: Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, managing personnel, passenger, or cargo transportation fleets (100+ units). * Essential Technical Skills: * Solid experience in Diesel and Gasoline mechanics. * Proven expertise in creating and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs. * Knowledge and experience in audit and certification processes under safety standards (ISO 9001 & 39001 desirable). * Experience managing workshops and operations across multiple locations (remote sites). * Advanced proficiency in fleet management software and telematics tools. * Advanced Microsoft Office skills. * CRM (Salesforce) proficiency.
