Maquila company seeks a WAREHOUSE MANAGER (PREFERRED: RECENT GRADUATES) seeking work experience and job stability to work at the Colima Center.
Ages 20 to 50
Recent graduates in Industrial Engineering preferred.
Desirable: minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or materials handling
8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Saturday
Net weekly salary: $2,750, with salary review after 6 months \+ statutory benefits
KNOWLEDGE:
· Proficiency in computer equipment and Office software suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
· Basic mechanical tool handling, inventory control (receipts, issues, and cycle counts),
Material loading/unloading operations and use of inventory management systems
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Maintain order and cleanliness of the area,
· Download and review the DV (Sales Daily Report)
· Prepare material requisitions for shortages based on consumption and inventory levels.
· Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials into the warehouse.
· Cross-check received materials against authorized requisitions.
· Notify involved departments via email regarding material receipts into the warehouse.
· Enter cutting work orders into the system.
· Supervise thread receipt and issue control within the warehouse.
· Conduct periodic cycle counts to verify physical inventory accuracy against system records.
· Generate the cutting control report and promptly submit it to involved departments.
· Record and update Warehouse Area-related Balanced Scorecard (BSC) indicators.
· Perform computer equipment data backups for the production area according to defined frequency and procedure.
· Chemical substance control; request Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

Salary: $11,000.00 per month
