You may utilize this posting to upload your resume and information. **Job Summary** --------------- We are seeking a Production Leader (Floor Supervisor) with strong focus on leadership, talent development, and efficient operation of production lines with automated equipment. This position is key to ensuring the team has clear direction, standardized processes, and an environment where people can perform at their best. The role combines **people management**, **operational coordination**, and a **functional understanding of automated machinery**, especially systems using Allen-Bradley. Being an automation specialist is not required, but basic operational knowledge is necessary to respond to stoppages, alerts, or deviations, and to engage the appropriate technical team. **Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)** ------------------------------------------------------- Operational Management and Compliance * Ensure proper execution of the production plan, meeting safety, quality, productivity, and service metrics. * Efficiently manage and optimize resources within a partially automated environment. * Ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures. Continuous Improvement and Efficiency * Implement continuous improvement initiatives using BSF tools (or equivalents), focused on safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction. * Propose practical solutions to process deviations or bottlenecks. Coordination with Technical Teams * Work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure stable operation of automated machinery. * Respond promptly to alarms or basic failures in equipment with Allen-Bradley controls by activating the appropriate technical personnel. * Monitor operating conditions to anticipate issues and minimize downtime. **Skills** ---------- * Experience leading operational teams in manufacturing. * Basic knowledge of automated machinery operation (preferably including Allen-Bradley). * Demonstrated skills in talent development, emotional intelligence, and effective communication. * Experience managing operational metrics (productivity, scrap, quality, safety, plan compliance). **Minimum Requirements** ------------------------ * 2–3+ years of experience as a Production Coordinator or in a similar related role * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Completed degree (Engineering or Bachelor's) * Advanced English (desirable) * Ability to read and analyze data and charts * Demonstrated leadership skills, including experience in training and coaching * Excellent attention to detail (preferred) * Strong coordination and administrative skills (preferred) * #LI-DP1 We value diversity and are an equal opportunity organization.
