We are looking for talented individuals to join us as **Operations Coordinator**. **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school, Technical Degree, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Experience: Minimum of 1 year in operational processes and personnel management. * Availability: Willingness to travel and flexible working hours. **Desired Skills and Competencies** * Experience in managing operational processes. * Leadership and supervision of operational staff. * Strong sense of urgency, innovation, and problem-solving. * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure. * Effective communication and customer orientation. **Required Knowledge** * Personnel, resources, and project management. * Basic administration and finance. * Organizational communication. * Good verbal skills. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and implement budget-saving strategies (personnel, supplies, chemicals, tools, and machinery). * Ensure daily service attendance together with the Account Manager. * Collaborate with the Recruitment department to ensure staffing coverage. * Promote actions that improve workplace climate. * Ensure compliance with the quality supervision schedule. * Promote adherence to internal regulations. * Supervise and audit the duties of Service Managers during breaks or absences. * Carry out and follow up on supervision checklists. * Train and verify proper performance of operational staff. * Report incidents related to machinery and tools. * Validate timely delivery of materials at assigned services. * Manage requests for routine materials. * Ensure continuous training of operational staff. * Validate bi-monthly inventories of materials and tools, adjusting to customer needs. * Guarantee proper execution of checklists and request adjustments when necessary. **We Offer** * Monthly base salary: $15,000.00 * Utility vehicle * Gasoline * Cell phone equipment
