




LEADING SECURITY COMPANY SEEKING "HR GENERALIST SPECIALIZING IN PAYROLL". **REQUIREMENTS:** Gender: Unrestricted Education Level: Graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field; must hold a degree. Postgraduate Studies: Not required—desirable (payroll/labor relations). Languages: Intermediate English (70%) **OBJECTIVE:** Ensure efficient management of human capital and payroll and labor relations processes, aligned with current legislation, internal policies, and the organization’s strategic objectives. Regulatory compliance achieved through development of internal processes for administrative payroll management of over 700 employees in the security sector. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years’ experience as a payroll manager, leading payroll teams. **Knowledge:** Labor and tax laws (IMSS, ISR, INFONAVIT). Comprehensive payroll calculation (salaries, severance payments, bonuses, deductions). Payroll system proficiency (TRESS, SAP, etc.). Labor relations (contracts, unions, disputes). Audits and compliance (SAT, IMSS, STPS). Payroll cost analysis and control. HR capacity covering at least 500 employees. **Competencies:** Organization, team and individual leadership, communication, and creativity. Budget analysis and management. **Job Expectations:** Payroll and severance payment management.• Administration of personnel files and labor documentation.• Control of personnel movements (hires, terminations, VRIM, disabilities).• Employee support and assistance.• Coordination with internal departments and clients. **OFFER** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; on-site * Base Compensation: $15,000.00 NET monthly + $2,000.00 productivity bonus. * Benefits: Statutory benefits.
