





**Position: Marketing Manager – Craft Beer Industry** **Location:** Hermosillo, Sonora **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM **Salary:** Negotiable **Work Mode:** On-site **Contact:** Send CV via WhatsApp at 5548669403 **Position Summary** The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening brand positioning, increasing market share, and ensuring profitability of the company’s craft beer portfolio. This role requires a strategic, creative, and results-driven approach, with the ability to integrate branding, digital marketing, product development, and point-of-sale activations. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Brand Strategy and Planning** * Develop, implement, and oversee the annual marketing plan aligned with business objectives. * Define positioning, identity, and value proposition for each brand within the portfolio. * Conduct market analysis to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities. * Identify growth opportunities, innovation avenues, and potential new products or line extensions. **2. Campaign and Activity Execution** * Oversee traditional (ATL/BTL) and digital advertising campaigns, as well as promotions managed through external agencies. * Lead digital marketing, social media, and online communication strategies. * Coordinate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to drive effective in-store activations at bars, restaurants, and retail outlets. * Plan and execute events, tastings, and brand activities that strengthen consumer presence. **3. Management and Analytics** * Manage the marketing budget, optimizing investment and ensuring achievement of ROI objectives. * Measure and report campaign and marketing initiative performance based on data analytics. * Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines applicable to the alcoholic beverage industry. **4. Leadership and Collaboration** * Lead the marketing team (if managing direct reports), fostering creativity, innovation, and high performance. * Collaborate with internal departments—including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations—to align strategies. * Manage relationships with distributors, suppliers, marketing agencies, and strategic partners. **Requirements and Desired Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Postgraduate studies (MBA or Master’s degree) are valued. * Minimum 5–8 years of marketing experience in the alcoholic beverage or FMCG industry, preferably with premium brands. * Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing, data analytics, and On-Trade and Off-Trade market operations. * Leadership skills, strategic thinking, and results orientation. * Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. * Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. * Proficiency in English (desirable or required depending on company type). * Willingness to travel within Mexico. **Compensation** * Base salary negotiable within an estimated range of $40,000–$50,000 per month. * Additional bonuses potentially amounting to up to 25% extra.
