**KITCHEN ASSISTANT/WAITER-BARTENDER** ***PART-TIME EVENING SHIFT*** **EL GRIFO POLANCO** We have an opening for a **PART-TIME** position as **Kitchen Assistant/Waiter-Bartender**, to be filled by a candidate WITH PRIOR EXPERIENCE. Main responsibilities are: **1.** Assistance with GENERAL KITCHEN TASKS at the pizzeria (preparing pizza dough, pasta, and chopped ingredients; receiving and organizing fresh supplies; washing dishes, etc.). **2.** GENERAL PIZZERIA TASKS shared with the team, including but not limited to **cleaning**, **opening/closing duties**, and **production tasks**. **3.** During peak hours, delivering dishes to tables and assisting the waiter with table cleaning. **The team and venue are small, and all members handle multiple roles—i.e., we are a versatile team.** **Very competitive salary and statutory benefits starting from the signing of the 3-month contract; after this period, the contract becomes indefinite.** **Schedule: 32 hours per week:** Monday and Tuesday: Day off Wednesday: 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM Thursday: 6:00 PM to 11:30 PM Friday: 6:00 PM to 11:30 PM Saturday: 5:00 PM to 11:30 PM Sunday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM SALARY: **$2,000 net weekly** + tips + IMSS and statutory benefits from the date of contract signing (3-month contract signed initially; becomes indefinite thereafter) Interested candidates must apply through this channel; **we do not accept unscheduled in-person visits to the premises.** Job type: Part-time Salary: Starting at $2,000.00 per week Expected hours: No more than 32 per week Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Experience: * Kitchen assistant: 1 year (Mandatory) * Waiter/bartender: 1 year (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
