Job Summary: iMile seeks a Logistics Analyst/Supervisor to optimize delivery networks, manage strategic partners, and monitor performance metrics in Colima, with travel to Tepic and Guadalajara. Track success metrics and proactively resolve incidents. **Position: Logistics Analyst / Supervisor (Network) – iMile** ----------------------------------------------------------------- **iMile**, a global leader in logistics services, is seeking talented professionals to join our operations team in Colima, Col., with availability for business travel (Tepic, Nay, and Guadalajara, Jal.). ### **Main Responsibilities** * **Network Optimization:** Design and improve the efficiency of the delivery network, including routes, stations, and transit hubs. * **Strategic Partner Management:** Monitor and evaluate the performance of courier service providers (CSP/EDSP) to ensure compliance with service standards. * **KPI Analysis:** Track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring on-time deliveries and proactive resolution of operational incidents. ### **Candidate Requirements** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related fields. * **Technical Skills:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
