




We are seeking an organized individual with a strong service orientation and excellent communication skills to join our team as a **Customer Service Assistant**. You will be responsible for assisting our customers through various channels and ensuring they receive accurate, timely, and properly followed-up information. **Work arrangement:** *Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro (JCF)* internship program **Key responsibilities:** * Assist customers via **WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media**. * Provide **clear, accurate, and up-to-date** information regarding products, services, and sales locations. * Record all customer interactions in the designated systems. * Route requests to other departments and follow up until resolution. * Monitor communication channels to ensure **optimal response times**. * Verify that all provided information is **correct and consistent**. **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. * Proficiency in **WhatsApp Business**, email, and office tools. * Knowledge of **basic/intermediate Excel**. * Excellent **professional writing skills**. * Experience in **sales and customer service processes**. * Familiarity with **social media platforms**.
