




Job Summary: We are seeking a unit price analyst to integrate and optimize competitive technical-economic proposals, ensuring financial certainty and minimizing risks in construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for in-depth analysis of Unit Prices and cost-overrun factors. 2. Advanced management in Neodata to minimize financial risks. 3. Critical to ensuring compliance with established administrative processes. We are looking for a unit price analyst to help us integrate and optimize competitive technical-economic proposals, ensuring the project’s financial certainty prior to construction. You will be responsible for in-depth analysis of Unit Prices, calculation of cost-overrun factors, and advanced management in Neodata, minimizing financial risks arising from omissions or calculation errors. **Main Responsibilities** Your role will be critical to ensuring compliance with established **administrative processes**, and will include: * Building and analyzing budgets in Neodata from scratch. * Calculating direct, indirect costs, and cost-overrun factors. * Preparing technical-economic proposals for tenders (public and private). * Bill-of-materials breakdown and negotiation with suppliers/subcontractors. * Identifying project risks and proposing solutions or exceptional concepts to prevent losses. * Comparing budgets and benchmarking against the company’s historical data. * Full tender integration. * Quantifying volumes and drafting concept catalogs. * Visiting construction sites as needed to validate progress or procedures. We seek a candidate with: * Neodata ERP (advanced level). * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, basic macros). * AutoCAD and Office. * Desirable knowledge of Project or Opus. * Desirable knowledge of the Public Works Law. Key Competencies: * Strong construction judgment. * Numerical acuity to detect inconsistencies in large budgets. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines. * Technical negotiation skills and clear communication. * Advanced interpretation of drawings and catalogs. **Job Requirements** * **Minimum Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or related field (with diploma). * **Required Experience:** 2–3 verifiable years in cost control, budgeting, and tendering. * **Essential Software:** Excel, **AutoCAD – E, Neodata**, and Office. * **Location/Mobility:** Willingness to travel to site. * **Work Schedule and Modality:** Day shift, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, on-site (with willingness to travel to site).
