Human Resources Leader * Work location: Centro – Plaza Tapatía, Guadalajara * Salary: $16,000 to $18,000 monthly, tax-free * Benefits: Statutory benefits Job Objective Coordinate and manage Human Resources activities related to recruitment, training, payroll administration, compensation, and performance evaluation, ensuring staff productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction. Responsibilities * Design and implement recruitment and selection strategies. * Coordinate employee training and development programs. * Administer compensation, benefits, and salary surveys. * Perform payroll calculation and processing, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance. * Implement performance evaluation processes and follow up on improvement plans. * Design employee recognition and incentive programs. * Collaborate with department leaders to ensure proper talent management.
