This role combines product conceptualization with strategic supplier management. **Responsibilities** * Product development, conceptualization, and launch * End-to-end management of domestic and international suppliers * Commercial negotiation, material selection, and inventory control * Development, evaluation, and negotiation with strategic suppliers * Negotiation of pricing, commercial terms, and delivery timelines * Material and finish selection, and design proposals * Oversight of catalogues, technical datasheets, and technical documentation * Creation of moodboards, presentations, and visual concepts **Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field * 3–5 years of experience in product conceptualization and launch * Experience in procurement and supplier negotiation * Creative vision with a commercial focus * Strong negotiation and communication skills **We Offer** * Salary range: $18,000 – $20,000 monthly * Weekly payroll * Statutory benefits * Discounts and promotions across various brands **Schedule** * Monday to Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM * Friday: 8 AM – 3 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site
