Job Summary: We are seeking a civil engineering or architecture professional with building construction experience to oversee and administer construction projects, quantify work volumes, and coordinate personnel. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in civil engineering or architecture. 2. Knowledge of AutoCAD and CivilCAD, and construction technical standards. 3. Labor, material, and tool management and administration. **REQUIREMENTS:** * *Experience in civil engineering or architecture* * *Knowledge of AutoCAD and CivilCAD* * *Familiarity with construction technical standards* * *2\-5 years of experience in building construction (residential and high-rise housing)* ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Manage and administer labor, materials, and tools specified in projects. * Quantify work volumes and work generators. * Prepare work generators and sketches indicating work locations. * Perform layout and leveling work for platforms and roadways. * Evaluate and analyze documentation. * Knowledge of mass high-rise construction. * Coordinate operational staff, work crews, and subcontractors. * Verify the quality of materials and construction processes.
