Requirements: * Degree in Engineering * 2 years of experience in computer science with relational databases. Required Skills: * SQL SERVER administration. * Operating systems management (Windows XP, 2000, Server). * Driver configuration. * Hardware knowledge (component replacement). * Reporting tools (SQL Server). * Structured network management (cabling). * Knowledge of data exchange via serial port (Com). Tasks to be performed: 1. Perform interface installation from computers, servers, computing devices, reception areas of each unit, and all areas with equipment. 2. Provide training to laboratory staff (users). 3. Maintain interaction with Call Center. 4. Follow up on incidents in the ERP system (JD EDWARDS). 5. Schedule and conduct visits with external clients. 6. Prepare service reports. 7.
