We are currently seeking talented professionals to work as: **Application Support (AWS / .NET):** **Experience:** * **Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Computer Systems or related fields, with experience in:** * 2 to 4 years handling and tracking incidents and requests in production environments. * 1\. Experience in production environments providing support for systems with knowledge of AWS cloud. * 2\. Experience in production environments providing support for web systems using .NET language on IIS and SQL Server platforms. * 3\. Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and Apigee. * 4\. Analysis of incidents and problems in production environments. * 5\. Ticket registration and tracking in ticket management systems. **Desirable:** * 1\. Experience in the Insurance sector. * 2\. Knowledge of IBM Sterling. **Work Modality:** * 100% remote, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm or 9am to 7pm.
