The primary objective of this position is to **monitor and audit daily operations**, including inventories, fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, procurement, suppliers, and administrative processes. Job Objective To ensure operational control, transparency, and discipline across the organization through **supervision, auditing, and follow-up of key operational processes**, identifying irregularities, potential resource leakage, and opportunities for improvement. Main Responsibilities Inventory Control * Audit of raw material, finished goods, and materials inventories. * Validation of warehouse receipts and issuances. * Supervision of physical and documentary controls. * Analysis of variances and deviations. Fuel Control and Transportation Operations * Monitoring of gasoline and diesel consumption. * Analysis of vehicle performance. * Identification of potential deviations or misuse. * Control and tracking of driver per diems. Maintenance and Spare Parts Control * Supervision of spare parts replacements. * Validation of maintenance work orders. * Price comparison among suppliers. * Detection of cost overruns or irregularities. Operational Auditing * Periodic audits of branches, warehouses, and operations. * Review of administrative and operational processes. * Identification of risk areas or potential resource leakage. * Preparation of reports and improvement recommendations. Supplier and Procurement Control * Review of supplier pricing and comparative analyses. * Validation of purchases and service orders. * Identification of off-market purchases. Process Improvement * Implementation of preventive and corrective controls. * Proposals to optimize operations. * Standardization of processes across departments. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years’ experience in operational controller roles, internal auditing, or administrative control**. * Experience in **logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or industrial sector companies**. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Analytical ability and focus on deviation detection. * Strong character and capability to supervise operations.
