Main activities: * Architectural plan correction. * Survey analysis. * Creation of Executive Project. * Architectural surveys. * Coordination of installations in architectural and engineering drawings. * Preparation of descriptive reports. * Development of architectural projects. Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree in Architecture, intern or graduate, Architectural Engineer; NOT students. * Knowledge of construction processes, masonry, special installations. * Software: AutoCAD, Revit in all specialties, SketchUp with Enscape rendering plugin, Microsoft Office suite, Illustrator, Photoshop. * Knowledge and experience in developing healthcare facility projects, including functions and regulations, enabling improvement of the final product or identification of errors (in drawing, function, and technical aspects) that could prevent project implementation or construction execution.
