Responsibilities: * Develop and implement procurement strategies for mobile phones and accessories. * Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and terms. * Manage and lead the equipment procurement team. * Maintain a consistent product flow and ensure stock availability. * Monitor market trends and stay updated on the latest developments and innovations in mobile phones. * Generate the initial purchase order based on logistical analysis. * Analyze and propose product selection based on target margin, selling price, market trends, market penetration, and distribution channel. * Register products in relevant systems and assign appropriate pricing for each product. Requirements: * Prior experience in similar roles, such as Purchasing Manager. * Excellent communication and persuasion skills. * Strong negotiation skills. * Ability to manage and motivate a team. * Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines. * Proactive and results-oriented.
