**Position: Systems Analyst.** **Monthly salary:** $12,000 **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Position type:** Full-time **Work modality:** On-site **Required profile** * Completed degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Both genders. * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support. * Problem-solving skills. * Teamwork ability. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * **Desirable: Basic knowledge of payroll incident management and recording (attendance, tardiness, leave requests, general incidents).** **Position objective** Provide technical support for computing equipment, networks, and communication devices, ensuring their proper operation and availability to users, as well as guaranteeing continuous operation of the company’s technological systems. **Main responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, scanners, and other devices. * Develop, update, and monitor the preventive maintenance program. * Monitor, manage, and provide support for company computers. * Diagnose and resolve hardware failures. * Provide telephone and/or remote technical support for computers and networks. * Provide general support to internal departments of the company. * Install and provide technical support for surveillance camera systems. * Ensure proper functioning of assigned equipment and systems. * Assist with billing-related tasks. * Basic programming (as required by the department). * **Assist in payroll incident control: recording and verifying attendance, tardiness, leave requests, and administrative actions.** **We offer** * Competitive monthly salary. * Weekly payment. * Statutory benefits. * Option for indefinite-term contract. * Working days: Monday to Friday. * Holidays off as stipulated by law.
