We are looking for motivated and experienced **Sales Agents** to join our sales team. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and advising potential clients on the best insurance options to protect their assets and future. Key Responsibilities * **Prospecting and Sales:** Generate and follow up with new clients through various channels (referrals, cold calls, contact networks, etc.). * **Personalized Advising:** Analyze clients' financial and protection needs to recommend and design the most suitable insurance plans (life, medical expenses, auto, home, etc.). * **Portfolio Management:** Maintain a close and trustworthy relationship with existing clients to manage renewals, perform cross-selling, and ensure their satisfaction. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all sales and processes comply with industry regulations and internal company policies. * **Continuous Training:** Actively participate in training and certification programs to stay updated on products and market trends. Requirements: * **Proven Experience:** Minimum of **1 to 2 years of successful experience** in **sales** (previous experience in the insurance or financial sector will be valued positively). * **Education Level:** High school diploma (**Baccalaureate**) or equivalent at minimum. * **Interpersonal Skills:** Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
