**Project Draftsperson** **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering (graduated or intern, 100% of credits completed) Knowledge and skills in: * Design and drafting of conceptual, basic, and executive projects. * Preparation of detailed architectural construction drawings for pharmaceutical, hospital, hotel, commercial, and AAA-class office projects of at least three levels. * Sourcing and presentation of suppliers for the development of engineering components within executive projects. * Consideration and coordination of engineering disciplines involved in architectural projects (structural, electrical, HVAC, fire protection, hydrosanitary, telecommunications). * Research and specification of construction materials and methods. * Development of activity plans and generation of weekly progress reports. * Knowledge of drafting for masonry, fenestration, architectural details, sections, façades, metalwork, finishes, signage, furniture, projections, personnel flow diagrams, evacuation routes, ceiling plans, and landscaping. * Generation and control of documentation according to quality standards. * Generation and control of drawing revisions requested by users. * Knowledge of the Construction Code and applicable current regulations governing architectural design. * AutoCAD versions 2012–2025 (2D, 3D, dynamic block management, external references, layouts) * SketchUp * Design software suite (Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Adobe Acrobat) * Office software suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Outlook, Project) * Quantification of volumetric data. * Generation of Concept Catalogs We offer: * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday * Work location: Metro Tepalcates
