Position Summary: We are seeking an architect with experience in design and project management, capable of identifying client needs and developing comprehensive projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conceptual and executive architectural project design and development. 2. Budget management, expense tracking, and project monitoring. 3. Extensive experience with construction and design software (AutoCAD, Revit). **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (degree and professional license required) * Minimum 3 years of experience * Experience with construction and design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.) **Responsibilities** * Identify and understand client requirements * Prepare preliminary project budgets * Develop conceptual projects (preliminary designs) and present them to the client * Implement adjustments to the preliminary design as requested by the client and/or operational departments * Develop comprehensive executive projects * Project delivery * Project scheduling * Budget, expense, and payment control and monitoring Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $5,000.00 - $6,500.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
