Completed degree in Food and Beverage or Gastronomy Assists the restaurant chef with supervision needs and management of the kitchen as well as the staff working therein. **Experience and Requirements:** * Proven experience in dish preparation, menu development, staff management and supervision. * Minimum educational requirement: Completed degree. * Educational background: Technical degree in Food and Beverage or Gastronomy.
