We are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team. **Benefits:** * Social Security * Cafeteria discount * Free uniforms * Christmas bonus * Profit sharing * Vacation * Savings fund * Weekly pay * Paid and unpaid leave **Job Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Capital Management, Corporate Pedagogy, Organizational Psychology or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Trainer or Instructor * Valid DC\-3 / DC\-5 issued by STPS * EC0217 issued by CONOCER **(optional)** * EC0301 issued by CONOCER **(optional)** * Teaching and learning techniques. * Content and manual development. * Proficiency in presentations (PowerPoint, Canva or equivalent tools). * Experience with training platforms (Zoom, Teams, Classroom, Moodle, etc.). * Basic Excel skills for reporting. * Knowledge of NOM\-035 (desirable). * Understanding of DNC process and Annual Training Plan. * Ability to meet job KPIs. * Soft skills (active listening, tolerance, patience, effective communication, group management, emotional intelligence, creativity, planning, organization, verbal fluency) **Responsibilities** * Identify training needs (DNC) in coordination with operational and administrative departments. * Develop the annual training plan. * Design course content, instructional materials, and presentations for training courses, workshops, and onboarding. * Deliver in-person and/or virtual training sessions, including new employee onboarding. * Coordinate course logistics (scheduling, attendees, evaluations, rooms, equipment, certificates). * Administer learning and satisfaction assessments. * Monitor on-the-job application of learned skills. * Manage and update individual employee training records. * Register training activities in internal systems or platforms. * Prepare reports and performance indicators (DC\-3, total hours, annual compliance %, etc.) * Promote a culture of continuous development within the organization.
