We are seeking a Field Software Engineer responsible for implementing and maintaining electrical and software systems in industrial packaging machinery. This position requires experience in PLC programming, the ability to troubleshoot issues in the field, and willingness to travel frequently. **Key Responsibilities** * Install and configure software and electrical components in packaging equipment. * Validate and test machinery operation. * Address and resolve technical incidents on-site and remotely. * Prepare activity and inspection reports. * Train customers on equipment usage. * Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize outcomes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. * Advanced English proficiency (minimum 80%). * Minimum 3 years of experience in PLC software programming and development. * Knowledge of Rockwell systems; experience with Siemens systems is a plus. * Analytical skills, creativity, and teamwork abilities. * Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time. * Commitment to continuous improvement and lifelong learning. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary, fully registered with IMSS * Performance-based variable bonuses * Growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per month
