Our tenant\-focused approach helps maximize property owner returns while delivering high\-quality management services. We’re looking for a candidate who is passionate about customer service, enjoys supporting clients and tenants, and is highly organized with strong multitasking skills to support the responsibilities of this role. **Salary:** $1,000 \- $1,200 USD (monthly) **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Managing maintenance requests for 300\+ properties via phone, text, email, and ERP portal. * Diagnosing and triaging work orders to vendors or in\-house teams (**strong HVAC experience is a plus**). * Scheduling maintenance with contractors (electrician, plumber, handyman, roofer) and coordinating tenant visits. * Recording and auditing contractor invoices, ensuring accurate financial records. * Informing clients of repair completion, including photos and tenant feedback. * Centralizing maintenance calls and training tenants on effective issue reporting. * Implementing contractor scheduling on designated days for cost\-effectiveness. **Skills:** * Strong phone handling, active listening, and problem\-solving skills. * Customer\-oriented with the ability to adapt to various personalities and situations. * Excellent written and verbal communication in English. * Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast\-paced environment. * Natural problem\-solver who can think on their feet and handle unexpected challenges. * Tech\-savvy with hands\-on experience using: * **AppFolio** (property management software) * **3CX** (phone communication system) * **LeadSimple** (workflow and process automation) **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field (preferred, not required). * 3\+ years of experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or customer service in a fast\-paced environment. * Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken. * Reliable, high\-speed wired internet connection (minimum 200 Mbps). * Windows 10/11 or Mac computer with at least 4 GB RAM (Intel i5 or equivalent). **Physical Setting:** Remote **Schedule:** Monday \- Friday: 9 am \- 6 pm EST (1hr Lunch) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $17,585\.00 \- $21,100\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * customer service: 3 years (Required) Language: * advanced English (Required) Work Location: Remote
